30-Day Return or Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your product, return it or exchange it within 30 days of delivery or first attempted delivery, whichever is earlier.
Refund and exchanges will only be granted as follows:
- You must call our customer service to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#): click on Return instructions for more details.
- Product must be in New Condition and in its original packaging.
- We must receive your return within 45 days of delivery date.
- For refunds, your purchase price minus a 10% Return Fee will be refunded.
- For exchanges, you will be given full store credit with no Return Fee.
Return instructions
Replacement Warranty
During the warranty period (as defined below), we will replace any product that suffers a defect in materials or manufacturing. Please note that defects do not include normal wear and tear. Our products are designed for rigorous use, but they will wear with time, especially if they are not used in accordance with their instructions. For example, "sawing" the main strap of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ through the loop of the TRX Suspension Anchor or Door Anchor in a pulley-like fashion will cause one or both pieces of nylon to abrade. Such abrasion is natural and is not evidence of defect. Similarly, the foam handles of the TRX Suspension Trainer can nick or tear with repeated rough use. This is not a defect (and can be easily repaired by wrapping the handles with black athletic tape). If you have questions about the scope of our warranty coverage, please contact customer service. The warranty period for products in private, non-commercial use is 12 months.
For products used commercially (such as in a health club, training studio, boot camp, personal training business or any military or government facility), the warranty period is three months.
