I started using the TRX a month ago and it is so simple but so useful in a great workout. This combined with the Titleist GOLF DVD is a great workout that targets all the mobility and stability issues that golfers will have. Great job with this product, I don't leave home without it.

I lost 6 inches in my hips in 6 weeks. My legs are the hardest part of my body to tone until I started the TRX training. It's an amazing full body workout..

I have used the TRX personally and with my clients for the last three weeks. I feel stronger than I have in a long while and my clients do as well. Three of my clients have already purchase the TRX system for home use. The product is extremely well made and very versatile. I am training clients from age 39 to 80 with it. I recommend it highly.

Great product!I have been involved in sports for 36 years. Martial Arts,Three NCAA division 1 Bowl Games and a certified decoy for Working American Bulldog Association this is by far the most efficient and challenging piece of equipment that I have ever used period. In the world of what's in it for me, this product delivers just what it says it can do period.

I received my TRX a while ago, and while it was a little different to get used to, I love everything that it promotes. Rather than sitting at a machine like the leg press and working a solitary muscle group, the TRX requires much more total body work than any piece of machinery could offer. The individual has to actively engage the entire muscular system to maintain strong form, all the while getting a functional and challenging workout. What more could you ask for? Nowadays I still switch in and out of free weights and the trusty TRX, but the latter provides me with a workout I cannot replicate anywhere else. Delayed onset muscle soreness here I come....

Although this package is lightweight, easy to use, and can be stored and transported anywhere, this is not to be confused with one of those devices purchased from a late night infomercial, that's used twice, and then stuffed in a closet until the next clean sweep. The TRX is the real deal, and yields real results. TRX comes with easy to follow instructional DVDs as well as a laminated instructional card which walks the athlete through a complete and comprehensive full body resistance workout that is safe, efficient, and effective. TRX works and is an amazing value for your money. I'm hooked.

I found the Golf DVD to be informative and useful as i have some clients who play golf and loved this addition to their workouts as it related to their game - their life!
