    It’s wonderful | 08/29/2008 - by Mireille Regeste from France |
Congratulations! This is a great accessory. It allowed me to smoothly get back in shape and get stronger. When I go with my kids to the skate park I hook my TRX to the U ramp. This way I am able to train while my kids are skating, rather than waiting on the bench! It’s wonderful. Thank you so much.

TRX Pro --- perfect tool for in-home training. | 06/26/2008 - by Beth Krysak from Raindrop Fitness Company |
I'm an in-home trainer that is used to hauling around equipment, but with the current gas prices, the less weight I haul around the better. I've found the TRX to be one of my most used tools with my clients. Not only is it compact and light, but with it, I can train all my clients, from the very fit, to the extremely unfit. It is versatile enough to stand-in for almost all other equipment, and what I like best is that it can be attached to almost anything that will bear body-weight.
Very nice product!

Must have one for myself! | 06/19/2008 - by DnA's Mom from Yorba Linda, CA |
My personal trainer introduced me to the TRX as part of our workout rotation. I LOVE this!! I am a 47 year old female who still had the pregnancy fat and the 35 extra pounds from ten years ago with no fitness routine whatsoever. After signing up with a trainer, I was getting results that I categorized as "my insides are healthy, it just doesn't show outside yet". When my trainer added the TRX to our rotation the visual improvements to my body came quickly. And my core strength is beyond what I ever imagined I would attain. I absolutely need to have one for home and travel. Unbelievably portable. Terrific workout. Great product!

A great addition to ANY workout | 04/17/2008 - by Brandon Henry, PES from Pasadena, CA |
As a trainer, a former bodybuilder and a competitive weightlifter, the TRX adds much needed versatility and variety to mine and my clients workout. I can use it with gym and in-home clients and can scale it for any fitness level. The Core Workout is incredible and can use with beginners and high-performance athletes. Try supersets with "normal" weights (dumbbells and barbells) and then the TRX...a dumbbell bicep curl and then a TRX bicep curl will shred your arms. I LOVE it and recommend it without any reservations.

TRX Pro | 03/30/2008 - by Fitness Anywhere Customer from US |
TRX provides a challenging workout. I was extremely shocked at how difficult some of the exercises are to complete. It gives a great core workout. I would highly recommend the system to anyone who wants to shock their workout. Great Product.

The one MUST HAVE piece of equipment | 12/18/2007 - by ami jampolis from San Mateo, CA US |
I cannot say enough positive things about the TRX. Having been in the fitness & rehabilitation industry for over 17 years, this is a staple piece of equipment. It's versatility is unsurpassed. I work with clients who range from chronic pain, post-rehabilitative, to athletes and EVERYONE can do this. More importantly, it can be used anywhere. Now noone has an excuse not to exercise. Even if you think you are in shape, you can & will take your workout to the next level with the TRX.

military TRX system | 12/13/2007 - by Don Bohannon from Tybee Island, Ga |
I am by defintion an old guy. I am agressiviely involved in the Younger Next Year "cult" (youngernextyear.com) wherein one does aerobic and/or strengnth training 6 days a week. The emphasis is on staying within one's limits but staying after it week after week for the rest of one's life. Its about living and feeling well. Besides the obvious benefit of the aerobics, the strength training is very important in late 50's and beyond. Core exercises w free weights or machines haven't come close to the balance requirements needed and the strength gained using the TRX system. Now the Military Training Program, 12 weeks, has proven to be a bit taxing to an old guy, but the design of the exercises and the system allows one to move into it in steps rather than leaps. Not getting hurt while staying with it appeal to me. Again the balance required to do the exercises becomes more important the older you are.
Product Support and Customer Service is outstanding.

    TRX | 10/22/2007 - by J C Salomon from Connecticut |
TRX is essentially a portable total gym/bowflex combo. I started using it after seeing it on television program. The TRX was the only exercise equipment that I could use while rehabilitating from an elbow injury. Simply changing my angle of attack allowed me to protect the injured area. Now that's something I could not do with any other device, and I tried a lot of them. The TRX encourages you to do the all important stretches before and after the workout. And on your trips you can even keep it in your carry on without any problem. KISS (keep it simple stupid)

TRX Pro | 10/06/2007 - by Gord Workum from Winnipeg, Manitoba |
I started using the TRX a month ago and it is so simple but so useful in a great workout. This combined with the GOLF DVD is a great workout that targets all the mobility and stability issues that golfers will have. Great job with this product, I dont leave home without it.

Best thing I've purchased for myself in over a decade. | 10/06/2007 - by Kevin O from Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii |
I have been looking for something to help my lower back pain for years. I always knew that I needed something to help strengthen my core but nothing seemed to really help. When I saw the TRX being used by Drew Brees in Sports Illustrated I knew it was what I was looking for. I got it last March (07) and started doing the recommended core workout three days a week. I am a high school teacher and coach and I work at a bar on the weekends. I am always on my feet. My strengthened core due to the TRX system has saved my back, literally. The reduced back pain has given me more energy as well. I am also going to make the core workout central to my players workouts for their sports. I tell everyone about it. So far I've gotten two other people to buy the product and several more are going to. If you are reading my comments and are considering buying this product I would say do it now. It is seriously the best thing I've purchased for my self in over ten years. It's a tough workout, but I love it. Thank you so much for your fantastic product.

TRX Works for Everyone | 09/23/2007 - by Gerald Moore, Personal Trainer from Chelsea Piers Sport Center, New York |
As a Personal Trainer for over 30 years, I've used a lot of different equipment("fads"). TRX is not a fad, it's an asset. It has helped me improve muscular endurance, strength and joint stability in all my clients. It has also created an unexpected niche for me as a trainer. Thank you for a great asset.

Fast, solid results | 09/23/2007 - by Sarah Brockmann from Delaware |
The TRX has quickly become part of my daily workout routine - it's addictive! The exercises are easy to pick up, and it's not difficult to put together a workout that really covers everything. The abs/core exercises are particularly terrific, though there's plenty for the upper body (oh heck, they're all great!). The system is flexible and varied; you're not stuck investing in just one or two exercises, and of course you can use it anywhere. I've never, ever looked this good, and I think the TRX has a lot to do with it.

Awesome proprioception tool! | 09/21/2007 - by Fred from Palo Alto, Ca |
I have been using the TRX on and off over the last three years and I have only good things to say. Proprioception is one of the hardest physical skills to work out and I found TRX to be the best and simplest way to improve mine. Simply put, I have not found a better way to improve my joint and muscle strength. Even if you are a trained athlete, your first TRX workouts will be brutal as it mobilizes you body and especially your core in a very unique way, usually not found in regular workouts, especially not at the gym. I have also use TRX successfully after a bad case of tennis elbow (or tendonitis), in order to rebalance my tendons and muscle in the elbow area.

I love incorporating the trx into my client's workouts! They absolutely love the challenge involved and how their core feels the next day. The versatility is great and you can use this with any age group. The TRX definately catches peoples attention and seperates this trainer from the traditional one.

Awesome Workout at the gym or away!!! | 09/20/2007 - by Craig Allan Teich from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida |
I've been using the TRX Pro for 2 weeks now. I'm a former Olympic-level cyclist, owner of a wellness business, and do private conditioning for professional athletes including Wimbledon champions and Olympic medalists. I love the full-body workout, the versatility, and portability of the TRX. Core, balance, and dynamic movements better train the body for athletic performance, general fitness, overall conditioning than weight machines ever could. My athletes love it too. Doing a 20-30 minute workout, moving from one exercise to the next without rest, builds great strength and cardiovascular capacity at the same time. I've also developed some fabulous dynamic resistance stretching movements based on Bob Cooley's RSFT technoogy. Great stuff. And you can take it ANYWHERE!!!
I never write reviews for anything...for me to take my time doing this means I really love this thing.

Versatility | 09/19/2007 - by Rex Repaire from Carlsbad, CA |
I own an in-home personal training business. Some of my clients have elaborate gyms, others have absolutely nothing, this means I have to bring everything. For my business, economy of space is huge. The TRX is small and easily transported from client to client. The TRX System has allowed so much versatility to BOTH sets of clients and the feedback has been amazing. It allows for so much more from potentialy restricted environments! Lastly, we have all witnessed great gains in core stability even with just the basic pushing and pulling moves. I am a raving fan of the TRX!
