A great resource for trainers! | 11/01/2007 - by Andie Talmagde, MS from Owner, FIT FUNdamentals |
This DVD is a great quick reference for trainers who need to review proper progressions of exercises, or come up with new exercises to give their clients. Having both verbal and visual instruction is extremely helpful. Would like to have had a table of contents in the beginning to make it easier to skip to certain exercises/body parts. Fraser Quelch is a fantastic communicator and instructor!

TRX Trainer Basics | 09/20/2007 - by Chuck Rowland from New York |
This particular DVD is invaluable to those seeking to learn and understand all the nuances behind the many progressions available for this terrific system. Also, having taken the Trainer Basics course, it served the perfect refresher.
For me personally, it was quite helpful to see Fraser address the compensations of the participants. Every progression/regression technique he employed reinforced what was taught in the course.

Get the most from your TRX Training | 08/18/2007 - by Jonathan Ross from Bowie, MD |
The Trainer Basics DVD provides terrific and thorough education in suspension training exercise progressions with the TRX while at the same time stimulating my creativity to develop new exercises.
The instruction on this DVD is first-rate, presented in clear, logical fashion, and greatly enhanced not just my understanding of the material, but my ability to know how to apply the information with my clients.
The Trainer Basics DVD delivers what very few educational materials centered around a single piece of fitness equipment do: thorough explanations of not only how, but most importantly, when to use the more challenging exercise progressions.
Any trainer using a TRX would be well-served to add this DVD to the top of their educational video collection.
