our salon incorporated a small studio for yoga and other small classes,the trx system was incorporated with a boot camp and clients love the results of how we use it.Needa professional teaching it though.more support on a regular basis would be nice from your company(personal).

I was disappointed the poster wasn't laminated, especially for the money. As for the exercises modeled I think it is a great start. For those using the TRX system with little experience in functional exercise, it is difficult. Especially figuring out body position etc. I am enjoying the challenge of working outside the posters exercises.

The variety and possiblities of the system to load and challenge muscle groups are limited only by the imagination of the user. And that is the basis of the 4 rather than 5 stars. PLEASE some imagination here! This poster could be expanded by thinking "outside the box", becoming highly valuable to those who always train in the darn box.

I thought the poster was great, but as I shared it with other I got a mixed bag (feed back). Maybe the product was to much for them or they just didn't understand how to use the TRX. I don't know?
Anyways, keep up the good work!

I thought it was descriptive and informative. Pictures were good visual clues. A good, quick workout!

Good content on the poster, but for $24.95 the poster is not laminated and is just a plain paper poster. Seems overpriced for what you get..
