My clients love the stretches! I started by useing 3 or 4 of the stretches in my cooldown and I can't get my clients to leave ... they want more. What I like most about this DVD is that it reminds me to slow down and take care of myself. I was in a car accident as a young teen and the rotating hip and back stretch, side bend with rotation and trunk rotation were worth the price. My back and neck thank you.

I am a trainer and triathlete. I got the TRX and started working with it. The following triathlon I participated in I took 12th place out of 90. I felt really great about the system. I use it with all of my clients and have had great feedback.

I loved this DVD, it showed me that the TRX is not just a strength training apparatus, but can be incorporated into a well tailored corrective exercise program as well!

Just got finished with the Healthy Back video for the first time... WOW! I have had back troubles for a long time and my back feels great! Can't wait to work this workout in with my strength and core workouts.

The execution of most of these moves require that the individual have extensive knowledge of kinaesiology. In addition, many people who might benefit from this program have other physical imbalances, making it difficult to perform the moves as shown.

I enjoyed how detailed and concise the explanation was for the overall dvd. The exercises are guaranteed to make you feel better and stronger at the same time. It has been very helpful for me and my clients.

I am a Pilates & gyrotonic teacher. I need more professional substance. . Comparing with my Stott pilates DVDs, your DVD seem very superficial, very FEW excercises. I guess they are meant for general population, so no more interest for my level.
Also the Pilates instructor who introduced me to this took your course and was very disapointed. We are very detailed orientated.
Again, good only for general public. I so use TRX to sprincle for variety in between Pilates and Gyrotonic.

The TRX Biomechanics: Healthy Back is an excellent tool that I use with some of my clients, especially those with issues in the lumbo-pelvic region. The stretching and flexibility components are fantastic and make the product worth the purchase price. The strengthening aspect of the series has more limited function for my clientele. I find that many of my clients have progressed out of exercises and I have had to adapt and change their base of support. Whereas the Core, Trainer Basics and Workout Xpress programs still challenge anyone of any fitness level, the Healthy Back does not. I would highly recommend this product for the stretching component alone!

I work at a sport therapy and rehabilitation facility where I do all the strength and conditioning for the patients. I get a lot of back patients and since using the Healthy Back program I have seen tremendous results. What I really like about the program is the sequence of exercises. It starts off with a lot of stretching, posture and alignment work and gradually gets more difficult with the movement patterns. When the patients come out of therapy and they are passed on, the Healthy Back is immediately incorporated into their workout program. It is a great investment

I have had lower babk problems in my lower spine eversince 19 when I played semi pro football. Since using this program combined with other TRX exercises. My back nolonger bothers me

I started on the Healthy Back program last month and I absolutely love it. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, and although I am used to being very active, I have not been able to participate in my usual activities (like surfing) for about 6 months. The Healthy Back workout has really taught me how to stretch out those areas, like my hips and legs, that cause a lot of stress on my back and it has also really helped to tightened up my core. There are exercises and stretches on here that you just can't do without the TRX. I think that soon I will be back in the water. I can't say enough good things about this program and I've also brought it to my physical therapist and suggested that they get one too!
