I own this DVD, and tried it after I had a chance to go through the All Body Circuit twice, and the strength & flexibility DVDs. I was really excited to rip open this DVD, but I wanted to get used to the TRX first. Bottom line - I love this DVD! I think that it does a nice job of progressively increasing the intensity of the workout. I wore my HRM during the workout, and it was nice to see my body getting a systematic, interval workout. The body of the workout was just the right length! Initially, I thought that it was going to be about 1 round too long, but it worked out great. I had alot of energy during and after the workout. I had alot of fun, and am looking forward to improving my jump rope skills :-). I liked how Buddy & the crew showed options for those who weren't able to jump as fluidly as he can. I do plan to add the Bootcamp: Ropes & Straps to my DVD library, but this was an excellent interval cardio workout. I think the two will make an excellent rotation schedule. Thank you TRX team!
