Please read the instructions below carefully before returning any products:
We can only accept returned products that have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Products without a RA# will be charged a 10% Return Fee and a shipping fee if the initial shipment was refused and returned to us automatically. Fitness Anywhere, Inc. is not liable for loss of items returned without an RA#. Please keep your shipping confirmation until you have received your refund or exchange.
Here's how you get a RA#:
Call customer service at 888-878-5348 during normal business hours (9am-5pm PST) or email us at customerservice@fitnessanywhere.com.
If possible secure the product you are returning inside the original cardboard shipping container or use similar packing material. Make sure to include all product packaging. Please also include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.
Write your RA# number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address.
