I believe that the TRX is beneficial for clients who prefer functional training. If you understand how to adjust the handles you can use it for all levels of exercises. Some people don't want to bother with all the adjusting. You have to be a motivated exercisor to want to learn how to perform the exercises correctly. You can either have great functional benefit or get frustrated.

I bought a TRX at the IDEA conference and bought a second when I got back. The Trainer Basics DVD that comes with the pro bundle is great tool to have. I could have done without the Military bundle. The Pro bundle has all you need.
