You can always do a bodyweight workout at home, however, the TRX allows you to adjust from 0-100% of your bodyweight while incorporating multiple movements into one exercise. The TRX will humble anybody willing to step up! This piece of equipment is so diverse, I absolutely love it! Buy it already!!

TRX is the best at home training tool EVER invented. I've used this with my clients in NY and now I have moved to the subburbs of Chicago and my clients love it here as well. They freak out when I bring it out for the first time. Their eyes get big and the next question is "What are you going to do with that" I just give them a devilish look and tell "you'll see"... If I don't use it in one of my sessions the client always asks where is that strappy thingy...lol. I have loads of weapons in my fitness arsenal but this one by far is the most versatile and FUN! It has the ability to hit every body part you have and some you forgot about. VIVA LA TRX!
